Kittynursis (2) Reply to this comment: I just received this postcard from my sister, kittynurse, who, unfortunatley, has committed herself here for life, having married Carl, the "helper". She says she will only come out if Elmo comes back online. I'll keep all 2 of you fans posted.

Isn't it odd that although EMH has apparently abandoned the site, he hasn't removed it?? EMH, if you are checking in at all, please just let us know that the family unit and the dogs are ok... we made the mistake of caring about you guys for quite a long time. No fair leaving us without a word...

This situation just makes me care all the more because it seems that something fairly drastic has happened for them to seemingly abandon this site. They cared about keeping it going for years and so we must try to keep caring about them and whatever situations they're going through to keep them from communicating......

kittynurse (260) Reply to this comment: I miss the site and fans, too, Katers-- thanks for your message! I looked for a nursing job for almost 5 months and finally was hired in May to work full time 3-11:30 p.m. shift in a sort of rehab unit that's a new unit in a long term care facility around 20 minutes from home-- It's quite an adjustment after not working for 2-plus years and I also haven't worked full-time since 1995! Physically, I'm doing better than I ever thought I would, and I'm happy to say that my body has cooperated really well since I started working, thank God. Thanks for asking-- how are things with you? Is your job going well? Any plans to get to Cape May this year?
